Tuesday: HIIT Madness @ 5:45pm
Wednesday: WOMEN CRUSH WEDNESDAY – 5:45pm (20 minute Hardcore for a Hard Core). Men invited!! (small hand weights preferred)
Thursday: Resistance Training + Cardio Kickers @ 5:45pm (equipment required)
Saturday: Not sure of format yet – but be there at 9:30am. no equipment
Sunday: Strength and Cardio Kickers @ 9:30am! (equipment required)
